I’ve been trying for over an hour to post this bloody thing – and every time SWMBO interrupts me and I have to try again. Never had any luck with this type of glue.

We used Sikaflex sorry we used to use sikaflex but have now been converted to CT 1 in 9 colours. No recommendation for the glue, but I use le Tonkinois for wood that I want to be shiny.

The only important part is spatul get the GRP clean and slightly roughened for a good grip.

I’ve used No Nails to glue wooden runners under a tender and it lasted through years of soaking and beaching! For varnish Epifanes, no question.
