I really enjoy making murals. I wanted to draw it by hand, but I needed to make changes so I decided to draw it on a Cintiq. My website has been hacked several times which really sucks.

I can design them, but I always have difficulties deciding what to write. To travel and make awesome stuff at the same time. A really big and smooth white wall, and then draw your first line… Most scary part, but most satisfying when it turns out nice.
Raebn is liennke experience so far, do you feel like you can make a steady income from selling your work, as an artist? How did you start drawing, what is your story? Where do you see yourself a few years from now? Good hand-lettering or typography results in a nice-looking image.
What happens if you make mistakes on a mural? I’m 28 and I’m a self-employed graphic designer and illustrator living in Bucharest, Romania. Dribbble and Behance were really important for me to build a network and also resulted in some nice projects.

How did it happen, what is the story? Drawing the sketch you made on paper on a big wall. I now work full time as an illustrator which forces me into drawing every day. Lienke is from Amsterdam, The Netherlands and she does these amazing doodles of anything you can think of. At society6, you just receive a small part of every product you sell.

We reached out to Lienke Raben to get her piecesofmind. We use Molotow or Posca markers and sometimes acrylic paint. Was this a collaboration? Now I only have a landing page with some links to Behance, Instagram and Wallnuts see links at the end of this article. And also sketching is important: Besides that, when I was young, I really liked calligraphy. I like to see what others are creating so I like to share my own work too.
Especially Instagram is such an easy way to share things. She has a blast doing murals and shares her work process in this interview!
