dead space usg ishimura

It is the largest aircraft carrier that we know of. This chart might also help. Submit a new text post. The tram isn’t just for going length wise, it also goes to the upper an lower sections of the ship. Perhaps a tab bit shorter.

Wasn’t that from two sections directly next to each other on the map? Yeah I see your point, but the first 2 images are concept art only and ishimuda be used.

Realistically, there are elevator and similar tram-like systems for moving around the ship quickly, but Star Wars is not known for acquiescing to realism.

Welcome to Reddit, the front page of the internet. Read the red text. Or the scene at the beginning of this video game trailer. That’s just the length. Are you sure about that? Even if we include an entire basketball stadium, which as a guess let’s just multiply the area of the court by four, making it by 64 meters, that is still a small amount of room to take up for such an engine, even forgetting that in width alone, there is still probably around an extra meters of room in that section of the ship for other activities.

I don’t recall coming across a storage room stuffed with dirt and metals. What happens when there’s a major hull breach or large fire?

It’s a smart way to do it, yeah, but does it justify cramming an entire tram system in such a small ship? It’s basically a small city. Why the hell would I spend half an hour walking across my ship when I could take a tram?

Dead Space Rules & FAQ

If I remember correctly, there was an entire chapter devoted to mineral processing, right, and even if its not shown, you’d guess a ship that’s sole purpose is to mine minerals would have some place to store them I can walk 1.

The point is, the ship is extraordinarily large at 1. Could you walk all 32 kilometers of them in 15 minutes? Downfall isn’t a good reference.

I cannot walk the entire length of Ishimura in less dexd two hours, going from the concept art and the panoramic views on various parts of the ship in-game alone.

How big is the USG Ishimura, actually? : DeadSpace

Please take a look at them. Again, assuming the width of the ship is around to meters going all the way across, it ishmura be equivalent to traversing at least four and a half football fields. The second one even has 8 “wings” instead of the correct hsg. I don’t personally remember getting the impression that the engine room was huge, but it’s been a while since i’ve played DS1. Take at look at these pictures: Sub-Reddit of the Day Jan 10th !

Why build in a tram system if you can walk from one end of the ship to the other in half an hour, tops? In regards to your first point: That happens across the ship, not along the ship.

Funny thing is, in the game, some of the schematics over the ship and such like the one in the tram cart depict it spacee having nine wings. The posted concept art looks a bit bigger than what ended up in game.

Anyways, one of the reasons Ishkmura have a hard time believing it is because of chapter 8 of DS1. I’m just saying that it just seems way too small compared to the observable size of the Ishimura in game. Do these images look like they came from a space ship as small as 1.
